Cub Scout Pack 390

We have several exciting events coming up very soon!

Tuesday 5/8 at NMPC from 7-8pm we will be hosting our Spring Sign Up for all new boys & parents interested in Scouting.  This is open to boys that will be in grades 1-4 for the 2012-2013 school year.  If you are graduating from Kindergarten this year, you are FINALLY old enough for Cub Scouts!

Tuesday 5/15 at NMPC from 7-8:30 will be our year-end advancements Pack Meeting.  This is a very special ceremony and is also open to potential new Scouts to come and visit our Pack.

Tuesday 5/22 at NMPC from 7-8:30 will be our final Parent/Committee meeting of the school year.  We will be finalizing the Pack 390 Family Campout and our summer activity schedule.  It is important that each Den have a representative attend.

Friday 6/1 to Sunday 6/3 at Camp Friedlander will be our annual Pack 390 Family Campout.  Fun is assured and we will be bringing back Snipe Hunting, Hot Stick, Water Balloons, Fishing Derby, BB Guns and much more!  Details will be provided at the Pack Meeting on 5/22.  Volunteers are needed to help with several activities.  Look for your friendly Cub Master at a Den Meeting near you!

Thursday, April 12^th from 5-8pm

Buffalo Wings & Rings Finneytown is a proud supporter of its local community.  Come support Pack 390 by having dinner with us on April 12^th.  We will give 10% of all food sales between 5 and 8pm back to Pack 390.

Special Considerations for this flyer:

Your skills as Cub Scouts and your ability to Do Your Best are requested at the PTA Carnival this Saturday 2/25.

We are running 2 games and need to have an adult and at least 2 Scout to run each game. Please consider helping for at least 30 minutes in one of the following time slots:

Please join us for our Pinewood Derby!

John Suer will have a bandsaw at NMPC on 1/31 and 2/7 if you would like him to rough cut your car.

Friday 2/10 is Weigh In and Set Up

Brent Elementary from 6-7:30pm

Please bring your car and have it checked in for the big race! This will save a lot of time on race day. We will have some tools available for modifications as needed.

Saturday 2/11 is Race Day

Brent Elementary from 9am-1pm

Pizza will be provided between 11am and noon. The Tigers are bringing drinks, all other dens please bring a snack. We have several requests for healthy snacks!

There will be Disney movies and games for siblings. Among the selections will be Cars 2! If you have games to share, please bring them. We will have small children present so please leave the little pieces at home so we don't have any choking issues. DJ Kevin will keep us rockin' for the entire race.

Sunday 2/12 is Scout Sunday at NMPC

Trent Howell, our popcorn Kernel, will be at NMPC on Thursday 11/27 from 6-9pm.

Please turn in your order.  If we have your corn in stock, you may be able to pick it up!

Please look for his white truck in the back parking lot.

For those families that pre-registered for Spook-O-Ree, I will be near the registration table at Cub World with your tickets at 5pm.  Look for a Scotsman in a kilt!  If you arrive later than 5:30, please call my cell phone 200-9667 so I can meet you and give you your tickets.

Saturday 10/8 at Cub World in Loveland, 1-3pm

We have the launching pads, you just need to bring the rockets, engines & igniters.
